Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager, Hospice for a nursing job in Northampton, Massachusetts.

- Graduate of an approved, accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred - Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required - Current CPR certification required - Minimum of one (1) year medical/surgical nursing experience required; hospice/home care experience preferred - Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required - Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills required - Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the dying process with an ability to identify and treat signs and symptoms of the same including competency in pain and symptom management required - Current driver’s license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation required.
